Terip Terip was one of our large renovation and extension projects of 2022. Our client, based in Melbourne, purchased a large farming property to escape the busy city. The standing house on the property was not suited to the new owners’ needs or lifestyle and required a complete transformation. After working closely with our client and architect, it was decided to strip the entire building down to its’ bare frame. We then altered and extended the space creating large living and entertaining areas, multiple bedrooms with built in robes and ensuites, a spacious mudroom, magnificent kitchen, laundry, etc. Throughout the build we were dedicated to maintaining classic farm house charm using traditional wooden windows, feature fireplaces and wood heaters while adding all modern conveniences expected in our quality homes. The exterior of the home was also transformed by creating a large wrap around verandah framing the residence’s stunning sliding glass entry. New cladding, wooden privacy screen detail and a custom concrete above ground pool completed the build.
