Manse Hill was a new build completed in 2021. Situated on a large picturesque block, the owners wished to create an energy efficient home with a modern open layout. Oversized windows were a must to appreciate the stunning surrounds while indoors. Utilizing a HRV system, PVC windows, XPS thermal slab insulation, a north facing verandah and other passive home components and techniques we were able to bring our client’s vision of an architecturally designed fully certified passive home to life.
